Brazilian Day Festival NC
Durham is a city that is known for its cultural diversity; in fact, it has become a destination for those who seek harmony and unity. The population of Brazilians living in the Triangle region has grown tremendously in recent years, and we feel that there is a need to create a space for this community to share and educate Durhamites about Brazilian culture.
Brazilian Day events and celebrations exist in major cities across the United States, but there are no celebrations within a 300 mile radius of Durham. With that in mind, we are bringing people from all over the region
together in Durham to celebrate Brazilian Day.
2 p.m. | Parade Begins at Dame’s Chicken and Waffles
